Salary up to £25,000 (OTE £36,000)

My Client is looking for a Sales Consultant to join their team, the successful candidate must be an ambitious and enthusiastic people person with the ability to quickly and professionally build rapport, empathise, question and influence people. You will have opportunities for continuous professional development to further your career.
Main responsibilities is to speak to customers who have requested a call, by the means of inbound and outbound calls, to get them the financial advice they need. You will get to know your customer, understand what motivates them, what their goals are, and then provide a premium service that connects them with a panel of clients.
Essential:
* Strong sales experience and success in a targeted environment
* Ability to demonstrate the consistent achievement of targets
* Ability to use initiative to overcome objections
* Excellent customer service skills
* Effective time management
* Excellent telephone manner, interpersonal skills and communication skills
