We are currently seeking an experienced telesales executive to join this organisation on the outskirts of Bradford, you will be working as part of a team responsible for managing existing business and generating new business. Main duties: Handling inbound calls from customers taking of orders and cross selling of other products; Making outbound calls to generate new business Managing the existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction at all times; Achieve pre agreed profit and margin targets; Work as part of the sales team; Maximise sales opportunities and endeavour to achieve sales targets; Sell the companies' products to customers whilst maintaining first class customer care, which includes a pleasant, confident and helpful telephone manner; Deal efficiently, promptly and professionally when sending documentation to current and prospective accounts; Have commitment to both the company and team colleagues and maintain professionalism to internal and external customers. |
