Description Are you a professional Receptionist with experience of delivering exceptional standards in a corporate environment? A well established organisation based in Leeds city centre require an experienced receptionist to work front of house, providing a professional and efficient service. Based in beautiful modern offices this is an exceptional position for an experienced and focused receptionist. The receptionist will be responsible for: welcoming visitors in an efficient and courteous manner; handling all incoming calls; meeting room booking, ensuring that the meeting room schedule is accurate and updated daily; booking external catering as and when required; logging requests for couriers and making necessary bookings; and maintaining adequate levels of stationery and re-ordering as and when necessary.
Skills & Requirements We are looking for an exceptional receptionist with experience of working within a professional environment. The successful candidate will have an excellent telephone manner, knowledge of switchboards, and good IT skills (including Ms Word and Excel). You will be reliable, well presented and extremely organised.
