Collections Advisor
| Description | We are currently seeking experienced collections advisors for this specialist debt recovery firm in Leeds, the successful applicant will have experience of working within an outbound collections role, have excellent communication skills and a confident and professional personality. Duties will include; Ensure all accounts are collected or closed our within any time frame specified by the each client. Ensure client, debtor & third party correspondence is actioned within 24 hours of receipt. Ensure all accounts are kept up-to-date in accordance with the diary dates thereon Ensure all accounts are handled as per client and management instructions. Ensure agreements are reviewed regularly. To always be polite and courteous to debtors and clients, regardless of circumstances. Comply with the Credit Services Association Code of Practice and other relevant legislation at all times |
