You must be self motivated with a proven track record for success! Consultants at this firm are left to manage their own desk, you will not be micromanaged and you are expected to be self motivated and able to manage your work load effectively. This client completely understands the value of their consultants and successful consultants are rewarded as appropriate. The commission scheme is one of the best in the market with the opportunity of a £4k car allowance, you should expect to earn c£25k in your 1st year!!! There are also incentives in place such as prizes, holidays etc. |

| Skills & Requirements | The ideal candidate will be of graduate caliber with a MINIMUM of 1+ years sales experience preferably in an IT environment. You will be responsible for developing new business and maintaining client relationships. You must have a proven track record in new business development and be able to demonstrate how you have done this. |
