Legal Secretary
| Description | We currently have an excellent opportunity for an experienced legal secretary to join the corporate team of this city centre law firm, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing secretarial support to designated fee earners within the corporate team. Duties will include: Produce correspondence and documentation through audio and copy typing. Maintain files, including opening new files, ongoing filing (to include hard and soft copy filing) and archiving of old files. Make and receive telephone calls on behalf of the fee earner. Meet and greet visiting clients as required, in a professional and courteous manner. Process incoming and outgoing post. Arrange meetings and travel for fee earners. Maintain fee earners' diaries. Photocopying and faxing. Generate client bills, invoices and liaise with finance over payment |
