| Description | We are currently seeking a Knowledge & Information Office to join this city centre organisation, the successful applicant will have experience of working with large databases and experience researching and compiling information. The Knowledge and Information Officer will work as part of the Knowledge and Information team, primarily supporting the sector in completing online submissions. They will also contribute to the delivery of the Knowledge and Information Strategy. |

| Skills & Requirements |
It is essential that the post holder has; Experience of using large databases or bespoke computer systems; Experience in researching and compiling information from different sources including the Internet; Can evidence an understanding of the Data Protection Act and handling personal information securely; experience of working in a customer service environment and dealing with members of the public both over the phone and face to face; Has experience of interpreting enquiries in order to provide appropriate advice and guidance to the public; Knowledge of office systems, procedures and practices and experience of using Windows packages such as MS Word and MS Excel. |
