Description We are currently seeking a Post-room Administrator to join the Facilities team in the Leeds office of this large law firm. The function of the role will be to assist in the provision of an efficient document service to all areas of the Firm. Main responsibilities will be to assist with the day to day administrative tasks including the resolution of all post, scanning, networking and copying. It is essential that the successful candidate is able to work well on their own initiative with minimal direct supervision as well as being an effective team player. All candidates should possess the ability to communicate effectively at all levels and adopt a professional manner at all times.
Skills & Requirements The successful candidate should be educated to GCSE/O level standard preferably with grade C or above in Maths and English.
Previous experience of working within a post-room environment is highly desirable. Equally, awareness of working in a facilities or customer service environment would also be beneficial. Previous experience of working in a law firm would be a distinct advantage.
