Part Time Sales Negotiator
| Description | Experienced Sales Negotiator required to work for leading Estate Agents in North Leeds, 3 or 4 days per week (days can be flexible & to suit), £8p/h + This well known estate agents is looking for someone to provide an all round sales negotiators role and duties will include; Providing an efficient and effective sales reception service; Liaising with branch team on active contact with customers and efficiently arrange and record all appointments; Ensure the optimum promotion of company products and services e.g. free market appraisals, etc. and ensure sales opportunities are identified; Ensure that customers are properly served, qualified and supplied with the marketing and other information and advice they require personally e.g. by making an appointment for valuation, Financial Services* etc; Ensure that displays are kept up to date and sufficient copies of brochures/photographs are available; Maintain tidy and well organised sales support systems, and ensure that office administrative procedures are properly carried out, and that all information is accurately written down and logged e.g. key book, security measures and procedures are undertaken and followed up; Carry out banking procedures as required; Carry out reasonable duties as directed by line management. |

| Skills & Requirements | To apply for this role you must; Have previous experience within the property industry and have knowledge of local area and house buying process; Complete in-house training courses e.g. Induction, Selling Skills, FS referrals, etc. We are also looking for an individual who is well focused and able to identify sales opportunities. Is persuasive and able to achieve and sustain sales. Establishes long term relationships with customers and who is attentive to detail! |
