Description We are currently seeking an administrator to join this organisation based in Wakefield, you will be responsible for providing full administration support to senior management including; Supporting Strategic Global Account Management with presentation creation, organise accommodation, travel and meeting requirements; Support Senior Management; Manage day to day functions and contract renewal, maintain health & safety requirements and manage stationary budgets; Administration support for key customer events, general organisation for UK sales teams, support customer service and general office duties.
Skills & Requirements Experience required; office administration experience; Flexible with finishing on time to support task completion and full Drivers license. Qualifications required; R.S.A stage 2 or equivalent, computer literate, including MS Office - Word, Excel & PowerPoint. The successful applicant will be dynamic with a desire to manage tasks and complete, have a proactive and supportive nature; Keen to learn and develop from junior to PA level and conscientious & flexible
