Part Time Customer Service Administrator
| Description | We currently have an excellent opportunity for an experienced customer service advisor to join this busy and dynamic team of professionals! This is a part time role, hours will be 9 until 2 Monday to Friday. You will be responsible for providing customer support to clients throughout the UK ensuring a high level of customer service is provided at all times. You will provide a high level of service to customer accounts, including: Ensuring all incoming service calls are handled accurately and efficiently; Maintaining regular telephone contact with all customers in order to deal with their queries and/or problems; Processing service calls to technicians or operators ensuring all call issues are resolved within the response policy; Responsible for monitoring service calls through reporting process; Supporting the sales and marketing department in handling/resolving complaints/queries; Site visits to Blue Chip Accounts |

| Skills & Requirements | Applicants must have; Experience of working in a telephone based customer service role; A stable work history; Excellent communication skills and a clear telephone manner; Good keyboard skills; PC literate; The ability to work in a fast paced and demanding role. |
