Document Production Technician
| Description | We are currently seeking an experienced legal secretary to undertake a 6 month fixed term contract within the document production team of this leading city centre law firm. The successful candidate will have strong legal secretarial experience within various areas of law, a fast and accurate typing speed and strong MS Office experience. Key responsibilities: You will be required to provide a Document Production service including audio and copy typing, scanning documents to PDF and Word files and formatting documents in accordance with the house style. The role will have daily contact with internal clients. |

| Skills & Requirements | You must be able to demonstrate an accurate typing speed of 70 wpm coupled with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word. An understanding of PowerPoint and Excel would be desirable coupled with a willingness to learn new skills. It is essential that you have experience of working in a legal environment. |
