Telesales Executive
| Description | We are currently seeking a telesales executive with business to business sales experience to join this organisation based in Leeds for a 6 month fixed term contract, you will be responsible for dealing with inbound enquiries, building relationships and general administrative duties. Duties will include; Answer incoming telephone calls and e-mail enquiries, within a sales team, and satisfying customer needs; Understanding and meeting customer needs by engaging in expansive discussions and highlighting business for sale that meet their requirements; Arrange viewings for interested clients by liaising with vendors and registered buyers accordingly; Obtaining feedback on potential buyer viewings and providing feedback to vendors; Liaising with vendors in order to provide financial information to buyers with appropriate follow up; Persuading potential buyers to meet face to face with our business consultants in order that we can understand their needs and meet them effectively; Making full use of our client database in managing contacts and keeping accurate records of contacts; Undertaking contact programmes to pro-actively market businesses for sale; Achieve targets and objectives set; Undertake various office tasks as required to assist the overall business . |
