Description We are currently seeking a quality & audit assistant to join this leading organisation based in the centre of Leeds, you will be responsible for dealing with internal audits ensuring the company is adhering to ISO standards. To be successful in this role you will need strong administrative experience, an analytical mind and be willing to travel. Duties will include; Conduct internal audits for the company in accordance with BS EN ISO 9001:2000; Regularly visit the company's offices (2 to 3 days per week out at other offices); Produce internal audit reports, reporting any non conformities; Ensuring timely and effective corrective action is taken where non conformities have been identified during audits; Identifying preventative actions; Monitor previous findings to ensure further improvements; Provide support to the quality & assurance manager as required; Produce graphs, analyse data and maintain spreadsheets; Liaise with other functional departments including HR, IT & Marketing.
Skills & Requirements Skills required; Previous auditing experience would be desirable; Familiar with BS EN ISO 9001:2000; Intermediate computer skills in outlook, word & excel; High level of written and oral communication; Ability to identify and progress work priorities; Excellent organisational skills; Good attention to detail; Strong background of working in administration.
