| Description |
We are currently seeking a confident and professional administrator to join this busy organisation based in South Leeds, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the department and external clients. Duties will include; Producing and issuing quotes; Typing quotes and liaising with the sales team; creating new jobs on the system; Liaising with other offices regarding orders; Arranging of transport of goods; Keeping client files up to date; Producing correspondence from the sales team; General administration such as filing, faxing and photocopying; Ordering of stationary; Dealing with telephone calls; Handling client queries; Maintaining and updating the database. This is initially a 12 month contract |

| Skills & Requirements | Applicants must have administrative experience, have an excellent telephone manner and organisational skills along with working knowledge of word, excel and PowerPoint. Your own transport is essential due to the location of the company. |
