Sales Support Administrator
| Description | We are currently seeking a sales support administrator to join this organisation based in East Leeds, you will be responsible for the management of the companies large existing client accounts, ensuring a high level of customer care at all times. Duties Include: Handling inbound telephone calls, dealing with queries or complaints in a professional manner. Managing and developing client accounts. Cross selling of other areas of the business. Providing quotes and pricing for further business. Dealing with basic account queries such as overdue payments, bill queries etc. Recording of all information accurately. |
