Description We are currently seeking a Quality Assurance Office to join this established financial services organisation based in Leeds, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining procedures to review the quality of advice and services provided by the company. To conduct sufficient reviews in line with the standards set in the Compliance Procedures Manual for all relevant staff, and to report any findings to the Compliance Director.
Skills & Requirements Skills and Knowledge: Must hold the CFP or equivalent qualification. Excellent communication skills at all levels. Effective management, organisational and delegation skills. Ability to produce useful and relevant management information. Ability to learn and adapt quickly in an ever changing and demanding environment. Ability to take a commercial view and adapt to the needs of the business. Good technical knowledge of all the firm's business areas. Either APFC or Dip PFS preferable
