Part Time Negotiator
| Description | P/T Sales Negotiator required to work for a firm of Estate Agents based in Headingley, you will be required to work 20 hrs per week, no set working hours - they can be flexible but it will include alternate Saturdays. Ideally you will have previous Estate Agency experience as you will undertake all aspect of a Sales Negotiators role this will include dealing with instruction of new properties, liaising with clients, solicitors and mortgage advisors on a daily basis, putting property particulars together, arranging and attending viewings, taking and negotiating offers and much more. This is a varied and very interesting role and to apply you must have previous office experience, be computer literate with an excellent telephone manner and have a full drivers licence. |
