| Description | This city centre legal company is seeking an experienced Analyst who will be responsible for the accurate production of all of the companies internal and external Management Information. Duties will include; Build and maintain excellent relationships with internal and external clients; Liaise with clients to establish MI requirements and ensure enquiries are dealt with in a timely, effective and professional manner; Work closely with IT team to ascertain the most effective way to interrogate all systems to extract relevant data using SQL script. Production of internal daily volume MI for all work streams. Production of all external client MI requirements at the required frequency intervals. Creation and maintenance of reporting schedule detailing all MI requirements for the business. Design and implementation of additional production MI as required by managers within the business. Development of additional client MI as required including ad-hoc requests. Compilation of single MI reports drawn from new and legacy systems during phased implementation. Make recommendations to improve accuracy and robustness of existing reporting methods. Assist with ad hoc tasks and projects as required by line manager |

| Skills & Requirements | Essential Attributes: Strong attention to detail. The ability to build collaborative and effective working relationships with clients at all levels. Thorough understanding of SQL script (MS SQL-Server). Sound knowledge of all MS Office programs, with high proficiency in MS Excel. Previous Business Intelligence or MI production experience. Robust analytical approach with the ability to challenge information presented. The ability to work to deadlines and multi-task. The ability to build strong working relationships with internal colleagues. Excellent interpersonal skills and a demonstrable can-do attitude. Strong problem solving skills. |
