Receptionist
| Description | This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced receptionist to join the reception team of this leading law firm based in the centre of Leeds, you will be responsible for providing a professional and friendly front of house service to all visitors and staff. Main Duties and Responsibilities: To ensure that the clients of the Firm are treated to the highest standard of service and care. To ensure that the booking system for conference rooms is maintained at all times. To ensure that the Client Services area conference rooms are serviced to a high level as agreed. To book taxis ordered through reception and ensure the relevant form is completed and any clients cross charged where applicable. To order and cross charge sandwich lunches booked through reception. Assist in the set-up of AV equipment where possible. Politely and professionally greet all visitors/clients. To offer to, and to store securely any items of clothing/baggage as required. Book any services undertaken by Reception using agreed procedures and paperwork. Professionally interface with other members of the Facilities department. To ensure the reception desk and reception area and meeting rooms are clean and tidy at all times. To provide assistant as necessary to support the catering service to the meeting rooms. |
