Description We are currently seeking an experienced legal secretary/typist to join this leading city centre law firm, you will be undertaking work from various sources within the Insurance Practice Group. Excellent audio typing speeds are essential as is experience in dealing with high volume workloads and working to tight deadlines. Previous audio typing experience within a legal environment is also essential as this is a busy and demanding role. You will be working from 5pm until 9pm, Monday to Friday. Main Duties: As part of a team, process all manner of digital dictation using a variety of in-house case management systems for the Insurance Practice Group. Liaising with other secretaries within this Practice Groups and relevant Workflow Co-ordinators. Ensure confidentiality is maintained at all times
Skills & Requirements Skills required: Ability to type quickly, accurately and for prolonged periods. Ability to deal with confidential information. Excellent communication skills at all levels using varying methods. Excellent interpersonal skills. Excellent attention to detail. Hardworking, flexible and adaptable in their approach. Experience of digital dictation systems to a competent level is essential. High level of knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word and Excel is essential.
