| Description | My client based in the centre of Leeds is currently seeking an experienced administrator to work alongside the PA to the Chief Executive. You will carry out tasks allocated by the Executive Assistant including: Booking travel and accommodation. Updating electronic diaries for senior employees. Preparing itineraries and collating meeting information packs. Maintaining confidential filing. Photocopying, collating and binding meeting papers. Assisting in financial matters (raising purchase orders, coding invoices and processing expense claims). Carrying out research from various sources via the internet and on the telephone. First point of contact for Chair and CEO when the Executive Assistant is not available. Provide cover for reception as and when required. General administration duties to support the effective running of this area, when required i.e. answering the telephone, opening post. |

| Skills & Requirements | It is essential that the post holder has; Knowledge of office systems, procedures and practices. Confident and professional communicator (face to face, email and via telephone). Excellent word processing skills and experience of using Windows software including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. Formal minuting and note taking skills. Experience in compiling information from different sources including the internet. Experience of typing, formatting and editing letters and documents. Previous experience in administrative capacity. Experience of working with spreadsheets |
