| Description | Experienced Customer Service Advisor x2 required for leading organisation based in Leeds City Centre my client is looking for individuals who like a challenge and that are keen to develop their career. This role is not a standard call centre role, each agent is highly trained to investigate cases fully. You will be encouraged to use your initiative to make decisions and take responsibility for cases. Successful applicants need to have an eye for detail and a passion for client service. We are looking for individuals who will integrate with our team. The group work closely together to support each other, and other teams within the department. We need people who thrive in a busy environment and have determination to achieve targets. |
