Part Time Secretary
| Description | This city centre organisation is currently seeking an experienced secretary to join their team, you will be responsible for providing secretarial support including; Reporting and billing using standard letters for formalities and renewals, Invoicing/billing, Answering phones and taking messages, Production of tables using Word tables and Excel, Production of documents using Adobe Acrobat Professional, Completing standard forms, Assisting the formalities and renewals team as required with basic administration takes, Dealing with sensitive and confidential matters appropriately, Assisting with outgoing post. Working hours are 9.30 to 2.30 Monday to Friday |
