Description We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Personal Injury Legal Secretary to join this well known law firm based in the centre of Leeds, this is a very involved role where you will be providing support to a designated Fee Earner so excellent secretarial and administrative skills are a must along with a good knowledge of Personal Injury law. Duties will include: Producing correspondence from digital dictation including letters, reports and legal documents. Assisting with the opening and closing of case files. Diary management and arranging meetings. Liaising with various professional bodies regarding cases. Ensuring the case management system is kept up to date. Liaising with clients, dealing with any queries where possible. Archiving. Billing.
Skills & Requirements Applicants must have experience of using a case management system, digital dictation and MS Office along with a fast and accurate typing speed and in depth knowledge of PI law.
This is initially a 6 month contract to cover maternity leave however this could be extended.
