Description My client is a leading city centre law firm is currently seeking a document production secretary to join this busy team, you will be responsible for undertaking work from a variety of sources. Duties will include: Process correspondence and documents for respective Legal Adviser / Partner, liaising with other secretaries within various Practice Groups and Workflow Co-ordinators. Deal with client enquiries in the absence of Legal Adviser / Partner and take appropriate proactive action. Partake in any other duties that are deemed necessary to support the department, your colleagues and the business as and when required. To follow all the Firm's policies and procedures. To ensure confidentiality is maintained at all times.
Skills & Requirements Excellent audio and copy typing speeds are essential as is experience in dealing with high volume workloads and working to tight deadlines. Previous audio typing experience within a legal environment is also essential as this is a busy role. Candidates with experience of such roles who are able to add value and feedback on processes and procedures would be a distinct advantage.
