We currently have an excellent opportunity to join this established Estate Agents based in North Leeds, they are seeking an experienced Sales Negotiator to join this busy team, you will be responsible for the full sales process from start to completion. Duties Include: Undertaking viewings with potential buyers. Liaising with buyers to take offers on properties. Liaising with solicitors and mortgage companies regarding sales. Keeping buyers and vendors up to date on the progress of sales. Arranging valuations and viewings. Dealing with general enquiries regarding properties. Working Thursday to Monday inclusive |

| Skills & Requirements | Bright, confident and professional manner, along with experience of working within estate agency. GCSE above C in English is essential along with excellent written and communication skills. Applicants must have working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook. Your own transport is essential for this role. |
