| Description | Due to expansion this leading city centre law firm is currently seeking an experienced legal secretary to join their busy team, working a part of a team you will be responsible for providing support to all internal departments. Main Duties: Process correspondence and documents for respective Legal Adviser or Partner, liaising with other secretaries within various Practice Groups and Workflow Co-ordinators. Deal with client enquiries in the absence of Legal Adviser or Partner and take appropriate proactive action. Partake in any other duties that are deemed necessary to support the department, your colleagues and the business as and when required. To follow all the Firm's policies and procedures. | Skills & Requirements | Skills Required: Advanced knowledge of MS Word. Typing speed of 75 wpm. At least 2 years experience as a legal secretary or document production operator. Must have not been out of the legal sector for more than 12 months. Advanced Microsoft Word skills. Excellent communication and team working skills. Working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint. Experience of working within various areas of law. |
