Customer Service Co-ordinator - £15,000 - £18,000
Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
My client a well know Utilities Company based on the outskirts of Leeds has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Co-ordinator to join their team. This role will be made up of Administration and Inbound Customer Service.
The role of Customer Service Co-ordinator involves dealing with Telephone calls from the general public, clients and staff out on site.
Customer Service Co-ordinator duties will include:
General administration, e.g. filing, opening post, scanning, making paper reports and data input
Ensure all new requests/orders are processed in a timely manner and in accordance with business processes
Correspondence with clients such as order confirmations and forwarding responses
Where needed liaise with other teams/clients/utility companies to resolve issues
Monitor in-coming and out-going workload
Build up relationships with suppliers
Updating Work Management system and ensuring all jobs are complete in required timescales set.
Data entry into excel and client system
Dealing with central email box, issuing to correct department
Computer literate- previous use of Microsoft packages or similar
Conscientious, attention to detail, customer focused, able to prioritise workload, good communicator both verbal and written
Enthusiastic, able to adopt a flexible approach to varying workload.
Ability to identify, analyse, prioritise and resolve problems
