Part Time HR Assistant - £12,000+

My client an award winning Estate Agent based in Leeds has a new role available for a temporary part time operations assistant to join their team.
To provide high level support to the HR Director to ensure that all secretarial, administrative and support requirements are met.
Duties will include:
*Direct assistance and servicing any requirements of the HR Directors
*Prepare power point and other forms of presentations for internal and external attendees
*Handling communications on behalf of the HR Director including daily maintenance of digital diary, arranging/accepting meetings and telephone calls Maintain and manages diaries and meeting commitments
*Types meeting minutes as required; i.e. fortnightly marketing minutes, monthly management minutes, Executive minutes
*Manage aspects of team meetings including venue set up, diary notices, documentation and materials
*Photocopying or Scanning of Documents as required
*Organise the team's holiday and sickness cover
*Management of the team's holiday and absence
*Compile monthly expenses and wages for the company.
*Compile daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports including research and data analysis as requested
*Organise and maintain correspondence and records, follows up on pending matters with some guidance
*Organises any company complaints albeit is not responsible for dealing with them directly.
3 to 5 years proven administrative assistant experience
Demonstrated experience with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point and related programs
Demonstrated experience with high efficiency and accuracy of typing, reporting and word/excel
