Business Development Executive / Sales Administrator, £16,000 - £22,000 per annum, Normanton
My client is a well-known supplier with a vibrant client base who needs a business development executive to join the team. You will be responsible for processing client orders whilst gaining further information from them to increase the order value where possible. You will also be responsible for making outbound calls to current clients and lapsed clients to encourage orders through my client and to update the CRM system accordingly.
This role is offering an excellent working environment, 35 hours per week between the hours of 9am and 6pm and above all a friendly sales team who are well incentivised and rewarded.
Duties of the Business Development Executive: -
Process client orders and increase the order value where possible
Make outbound calls to the existing client database to promote business products
Liaise with current clients and account manage customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction
Handle inbound sales enquiries about products and services available
Update the CRM database with new contact information during sales networking
Skills & Experience Required
To be considered for this role you must be a confident communicator with excellent administration skills ideally gained from a supply chain background. Order processing experience would be advantageous however not essential should you have previous experience working in a role where customer service and some negotiation has been involved.
This role is n Normanton therefore please be sure you can travel easily to and from that location either using your own vehicle or public transport.
