Business Analyst, up to £40,000 per annum (depending on experience), Leeds.
My client seek a senior business analyst to join the project function of the business to assess current processes and plan, create new processes and procedures to implement. Duties of the Business Analyst: -
Understand current business processes and/or transitional and future requirements
Analyse business issues and needs by using methodologies and techniques
Apply challenge to ensure a positive outcome; define business requirements to provide best fit
Deliver workshops from initial problem statements, requirements and data gathering through to implementation planning and delivery support
Review and sign off on implementation plans, test approach, criteria and results to ensure traceability to business requirements
Provide an interface between the business areas and IT project team throughout the life cycle
Skills & Experience Required
To be considered for this role please do apply if you have experience as a business analyst, can utilise all methodologies and techniques and have proven success working with change management within your role. Any accreditation or qualification in the BA field would be advantageous however not essential. Grade C+ GCSE Maths & English is essential as a minimum requirement for this role.
