Reactive Maintenance Coordinator - £18,000 - £20,000
Monday - Friday - 7am - 5pm or 8am - 6pm
1 weekend in 5 (12 hours)
Due to expansion my client a Reactive Maintenance company based in Wakefield seeks a 2 dedicated Account Managers to join their growing team.
This role is high pressure where no two days are the same, you will be the main point of contact for all maintenance queries following the job through to completion.
*Respond to maintenance requests and qualify the request with the client
*Appoint a contractor, Liaise with client and contractors until the job is closed
*Monitor contractors and maintenance software to ensure the job is completed within our stated time-scales
*Sending and chasing all invoices
*Signing out keys to contractors
*Notify clients of access / works carried out and following up work completed
*Confirm completion with clients
*Ensuring the CRM system is up to date
*Organise gas safety certificates, electrical certificates
*Liaise with all parties at every stage to ensure outstanding service
Minimum 18 months experience in a high volume customer service / Lettings / maintenance role required
