Maintenance Co-ordinator - £22,000+
My client a well-established Property company is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to join their head office in Wakefield.

Their stated aim is to build trust with their customers through a professional and fair approach, to ultimately make letting easy.
Dealing with tenants, landlords and contractors you will be arranging periodic and emergency maintenance repairs. Self-motivated and well organised you will have experience of working within a customer service environment where you are reactive to customer's needs. The ideal candidate will have great administrative skills including IT literacy, problem solving skills and the ability to remain calm and when dealing sometimes with heated discussions around repairs. An understanding of general repairs around property would be desirable but not essential
