Sheffield

Hours - 9:00am-5.30pm + one Saturday a month (9am - 1pm) and one late evening

My client, a market leading Property Company, is seeking an enthusiastic, driven and organised Branch Manager who can work under pressure and help drive the business forward. They offer the opportunity to join an energetic business which offers quality properties for rent across Yorkshire.

Branch Manager duties will include:

*To set and manage team targets and maximise all revenue opportunities
*To oversee and ensure the smooth-running of a Property Management Team
*To attend and actively participate in regular management meetings
*To ensure the team always have a clear understanding of our systems and policies
*To maintain a thorough knowledge of the lettings industry and relevant legislation as well as an understanding of the local marketplace and a wider commercial awareness
*To manage the day-to-day activities of the team to ensure best performance, ensuring relevant training and development and conducting regular 1:1s and appraisals
*To ensure regular contact with our key landlords and business associates
*To ensure our systems and property records are always up-to-date
*To ensure a high level of customer service at all times, internally and externally

Essential:

*Minimum 3 years' experience of managing a team within a lettings environment
*Driving licence essential
*Excellent negotiating skills
*Strong leadership skills
*Excellent communication skills
