£18,000 - £25,000

Monday - Friday 8:45am - 5:30pm

Occasional weekend work may be required!

22 days holiday + Bank Holidays

My client a leading Estate Agent are seeking a Property and Marketing Coordinator to join their busy team in North Leeds. The core duties of this role is to manage the companies social media platforms, create/prepare and launch marketing material, and provide admin assistance to both the sales and rentals teams with the objective of increasing brand awareness

Property and Marketing Coordinator:

*Manage all social media platforms; Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn inc. creating paid for advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram
*Prepare and publish the fortnightly e-newsletter
*Prepare and publish canvassing cards
*Refresh and prepare new blog posts for the website/social media/newsletter
*Ensure all marketing material is up to date and consistent
*Refresh poster content in the office
*Update in house website on a monthly basis
*Ensure all marketing on the property portals are up to date; OnTheMarket and Rightmove inc. refreshing the adverts on a seasonal basis
*Assist with all estate agency administration incl. inputting references, producing Video Tours, helping to list properties for sale using the CRM system incl. preparing property sales brochures, uploading properties to the property portals

Property and Marketing Coordinator requirements:

*Smartly presented, well-spoken and articulate
*Competent with MS Windows and MS Office
*Fluent using Social Media in a business sense
*Estate agency experience beneficial
