Monday to Friday 9am until 5:30pm plus 1 in 4 Saturdays.

Do you want to work for a market leader in the residential sales and lettings sector across Kirklees and Calderdale? Do you to expansion I am actively recruiting for a superstar Property Manager to join a fast paced Lettings department.

Working as part of a team, the role is both varied and exciting and will involve handling enquiries, face to face, over the phone and on email relating to the letting and management of a wide range of residential properties. This includes liaising with Landlords, Tenants and contractors and ensuring that regulations are complied with at all times. Full training will be given where required in respect of the software used and regulations surrounding lettings and the role offers the prospect of career progression.

Experience is preferred however customer service skills and the enthusiasm of the individual are key.

Key Tasks as a Property Manager -

*Liaising with Landlords to learn details about the property and gain an understanding as part of booking a valuation.
*Regular communication with clients throughout the lettings process from viewing feedback, updates on interest levels, acceptance of an offer to completion of the letting, with a smooth handover of the property.
*Registering applicants requirements and matching to suitable properties.
*Organise viewings with applicants and build rapport before, during and after the appointment.
*Regular contact with applicants after viewings to obtain feedback.
*Negotiate lettings with potential tenants and agreeing lettings in the Landlords' best interests and complying with regulations, including GDPR at all times.
*Recording data on our property management software comprehensively and accurately.
*Liaise with landlords, tenants and contractors regarding property maintenance issues.
*Organise internal property inspections and produce landlord reports.
*Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, tenants and contractors.
*Organise regular inventories and efficient checkouts where appropriate.
