Salary - £23,000
Working Hours - Monday to Friday - 8.30am - 5pm
This is a temporary position initially for 12 weeks, with potential to be extended.
My client a well-known organisation based in Leeds is looking to recruit a full time administrator.
You will be scheduling workshops as well as supporting the team with general admin tasks.
Scheduling workshops in the diary
Managing spreadsheets to track the status of each workshop
Assisting with central inbox ensuring queries are forwarded to the correct department
Creating meeting packs
Office 365 experience in particular; Outlook, Excel and Poerwpoint
Attention to detail and organisational skills
Experience of working in a professional environment
