Maintenance Co-ordinator - £21,000+ - DOE
Monday - Friday, 1 in 3 Saturday
This is an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Co-ordinator to join one of the largest independent lettings agent in the Yorkshire region.
The job role will involve dealing with tenants who have a maintenance issue with their property. You will first identify the problem and assess if it requires a contractor to visit or if it is user error. Once this has been established you will be liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors to facilitate a prompt and professional approach to repairs and maintenance keeping all parties fully informed at all times and obtaining all necessary consents.
Property experience is preferred but not essential
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, well organised and you will have experience of working within a customer service environment where you are reactive to customer's needs, a basic knowledge of household maintenance issues, will be an advantage.
