My client, a software services business based in Leeds, are looking for an admin assistant to join their rapidly growing team. They are an employee focused company with an emphasis on delivering very high levels of productivity, quality and value!

Main responsibilities of administrator:
*Supporting the Office Manager with duties of maintaining the sickness, absence & holiday logs, appraisals: chasing appraisal scheduling and write-ups, assisting with marketing activity, procuring equipment, including raising & tracking purchase orders and filing.
*On premise duties include managing stationery & office consumables, managing vending solution stock and monthly meter reads / utility submissions.
*Office Reception duties including looking after visitors: greeting, making drinks, providing lunches, etc., answering the phone, receiving & distributing post & deliveries, ensuring meeting rooms are presentable and overall keeping the office tidy in general (including plants).
*Supporting and help to organise events including company weekends, strategy meetings, boot camps, team Socials / ad-hoc events.

Essential:
*Be meticulous with strong attention to detail
*Have an organised approach to admin
*Have excellent communication skills
*Be a good team player
*Be a self-starter with the ability to motivate themselves
*Be able to manage their priorities and show initiative
