Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
Salary up to £25,000 DOE

My client are a leading organisation in creating inspection & verification programs throughout the UK, mainland Europe and the Middle East for house building & major construction. They are currently seeking an Office Administrator who is an "all rounder" to join their small team where everyone is a team player!


* Answering Phones transferring calls and taking messages
* General office duties
* Meet & Greet Customers
* Printing, Binding, Shredding, Post
* Stock ordering and office management
* Organising, collating and distributing Marketing Material.
* Booking meetings, events, travel and hotels.
* Issuing quotations, reports and documents
* Issuing and quality checking handover documentation, reports and documents.
* Data Input on spreadsheets.
* Updating and scheduling Social Media and posting and sharing on LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook.
* Assisting the Manging Director with admin.

Keys skills:

Excellent computer skills required
Good attention to detail, excellent spelling and communication skills
Social media knowledge
2+ years office experience is essential
