My client is a growing provider of internet connectivity services, working with the latest technology to provide connectivity to businesses. They are currently seeking an organised team member to work together with a small but close team, sharing responsibilities and handling a variety of different tasks throughout the day.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and solutions.
* Providing high levels of customer service through incoming and outgoing communication by phone, email and online messaging platforms.
* Managing the administration of orders and queries, providing clear lines of communication to internal and external stakeholders.
* Primarily manage sim/service/hardware administration
* Be the focal point for sales, technical and accounts for order processing and fulfilment processing and general admin.
* Collaborate on operational/billing/support functions relating to sim services.
* Collaborate with sales and billing to efficiently process orders and maintain exceptional customer service levels.
* Identify areas to increase efficiency and automation of processes.
* Completing sales orders onto systems from the web, email and phone orders.
* Assisting with picking and packaging sales orders.
* Provisioning and managing sim orders and assisting with hardware orders.
* Ensure all systems are kept fully updated for each action and point of customer contact.
* Keeping track of deliveries with couriers and handle any issues with the couriers and customers.

* Receiving stock and making sure it is stored correctly and matches stock levels in our systems.
* Stock checking and helping keep the stock room efficient and organised.

Additional skills:

* Desire to succeed and develop skills relating to IoT/M2M/Networking/IT services and equipment
* Self-motivated
* Very strong attention to detail due to managing multiple different systems.
* Excellent organisational skills and strong communication are required to liaise with sales/technical/billing.
* Previous experience and proficiency with databases, Word, Excel, Outlook and CRM
* Background or general interest in Telecoms, Tech, IT or networking this is an advantage, and if not, an openness and ability to learn is required.
