An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Sales Negotiator to join their Bingley office.

You will be responsible for developing close contact with those wishing to buy a property and vendors who want to sell their property, and provide an excellent customer service experience for both potential purchasers' and existing clients'.

As a Senior Sales Negotiator you will be responsible for registering new sellers and purchaser details and assessing their needs, assisting in marketing and advertising any properties, dealing with phone and email queries, liaising with all interested parties, negotiate and agree offers to sale agreed, progress sales through to exchange of contracts and completion, and keep administration records updated.

This is also a fantastic development opportunity as you will have the chance to develop your skills and knowledge in property valuations. To be considered for this role you will need to be hard working, results driven and confident whilst maintaining exceptional customer service. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who has a real interest and proven track record in estate agency and a strong customer service background.

Previous experience in the estate agency industry is essential along with a full UK driving licence.
