Customer Service Advisor - Award-Winning Real Estate Company - Leeds - £20,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission
Location: Leeds
Salary: £20,000 basic + OTE £25,000 (Uncapped)
Hours: Approximately 35 hours per week (shifts between 8:30am - 6:00pm, Saturdays on a rota basis)

The Role

The role involves customer interaction via phone and email, with a focus on promoting services, booking appointments, and providing a high-quality customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to build relationships and promote services
Identify and recommend additional services to generate revenue
Accurately record customer information in internal systems
Maximise cross-selling opportunities
Deliver excellent customer service over the phone
Work collaboratively with internal teams and branches
Requirements
Experience in a target-driven sales or customer service environment
Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
High energy and a proactive, enthusiastic approach
Strong attention to detail and administrative accuracy
Good IT and database skills
