We're looking for a motivated Trainee Property Negotiator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to start a career in property, gaining hands-on experience while supporting the team with enquiries, viewings, and negotiations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with enquiries and arrange property viewings.
Support lettings and sales negotiations under guidance.
Communicate with landlords, tenants, and applicants.
Help prepare marketing materials and property listings.
Keep accurate records of activity and deals.
Skills & Experience
Strong communication and people skills.
Organised, proactive, and eager to learn.
Confident using Microsoft Office.
Team player with good attention to detail.
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
