Tenancy Coordinator - Leeds City Centre
Salary: £29,000 per annum
Hours: 40 per week (5 days, rota basis)
About the Role
We're looking for a Tenancy Coordinator to join our team in the heart of Leeds. You'll play a key role in the smooth running of a vibrant residential development, supporting lettings performance while delivering exceptional customer service to our residents.
This is a customer-facing role where no two days are the same - from helping new residents move in, to ensuring compliance with tenancy regulations, to creating a welcoming community atmosphere in the building.
What You'll Be Doing
Managing tenancy applications, contracts, renewals, and compliance.
Acting as the first point of contact for residents and applicants.
Supporting the lettings team with viewings, marketing campaigns, and retention targets.
Handling statutory notices and tenancy compliance with accuracy.
Coordinating move-ins, move-outs, inspections, and deposits.
Ensuring resident satisfaction through quick, friendly, and professional responses.
Assisting with day-to-day property operations alongside the facilities team.
What We're Looking For
Experience in property lettings, student accommodation, or serviced apartments.
Strong administration and organisation skills with excellent attention to detail.
A people person - confident communicator with a passion for customer service.
Good IT skills (Microsoft Office, property management systems).
Positive, proactive attitude and a team player.
Bonus points if you have ARLA qualifications or Yardi experience.
