About the Opportunity
An established and forward-thinking estate agency is expanding across Yorkshire and is looking for experienced property professionals to join on a self-employed associate basis.
This role is ideal for driven estate agents who want freedom, flexibility and uncapped earning potential, without the pressure of upfront fees or running costs.
You'll operate your own local patch, building relationships with vendors and managing your pipeline - while benefiting from full back-office support, marketing, systems and ongoing guidance.

Your Role
Winning instructions and carrying out property valuations
Managing sales from instruction through to completion
Building strong relationships within your local area
Providing a high-quality, personal service to vendors and buyers
Developing your own business pipeline with ongoing support
About You
Previous experience within residential estate agency
Confident carrying out valuations and winning business
Self-motivated, professional and commercially minded
Strong local knowledge preferred
Ambitious and ready to take control of your earnings
