🏡 What You'll Be Doing
* Booking and managing viewings, valuations, and surveys
* Speaking with buyers and vendors daily, building strong relationships
* Arranging appointments between qualified applicants and Financial Consultants
* Generating and refreshing conveyancing leads
* Providing clear, timely viewing feedback to vendors
* Prospecting, canvassing, and keeping a close eye on competitors
* Matching buyers to the right properties and maximising sales opportunities
* Preparing sales particulars and valuation paperwork
* Maintaining For Sale boards and attractive window displays
* Accompanying viewings when required and seeing deals through to completion
