The Opportunity
Our client, a growing and dynamic property business based in Leeds, is looking to appoint a Property Coordinator to join their expanding team.

The Role
The Property Coordinator will support the operational and property management functions of the business, helping to ensure the smooth running of a diverse property portfolio.

Key responsibilities will include:
Supporting the day-to-day management of a property portfolio
Acting as a key point of contact for tenant, landlord and contractor enquiries
Coordinating maintenance works and liaising with contractors
Scheduling property inspections and compliance checks
Assisting with the onboarding of new properties and tenants
Maintaining accurate property records and updating internal systems
Monitoring and managing maintenance requests to ensure timely resolution
Supporting the wider property and operations teams with administrative and coordination tasks
The Candidate
