About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Residential Conveyancer to join our busy and growing property department. The successful candidate will manage their own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion while delivering an excellent service to clients.

Key Responsibilities
Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build transactions
Handling files from initial instruction through to post-completion
Drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documents
Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors
Conducting property searches and reviewing title documentation
Ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal procedures
Providing regular updates to clients throughout the conveyancing process
Requirements
Previous experience handling a residential conveyancing caseload independently
Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, or experienced Fee Earner considered
Strong knowledge of the residential conveyancing process and Land Registry procedures
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong communication and client care skills
Ability to manage a busy caseload and meet deadlines
